14 Days Effortless Return & Exchange Policy

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund in the event of any manufacturing defect within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. The product has to also be returned along with the original case and accessories.
A new product may replace the product if the original item has a manufacturing defect within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.
Please contact service@xgimiindia.com first for detailed guidance of return and exchange. Once the returned item arrives back in the XGIMI warehouse for inspection, we will start the refund or exchange process.

For non-quality warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
